Still catching up on the webpages!

Dear all,

I’m still catching up on the webpages. I had an emergency surgery last week, so I’m stuck sort of sitting around feeling bad–thus, I’m updating webpages! Today, I’m pulling together the transom pictures (project is complete) and the first of the planking pics (project is about 2/3 way complete). In the last couple days, I put the final countertimber pics up as well as the final frames/floors pics and our little “ribday” pics. Be looking for more pics this weekend.

Busy Bees…

Dear all,

We’ve been very bad in keeping the site up to date in the last month! Coming up–the frames are finished! and we had a “rib day” party a week ago! Now, the guys are putting the “finishing touches” involved in making sure all the frames are fair for the planks to be put on. David is fairing (or is that “faring”?) while John epoxies on little shims here and there (where the frames couldn’t twist enough to match the line of the boat) and the yard carpenter is re-installing the bilge stringers (this involves scarfing in a new section midships on the starboard side…)
